The Rocky Fork Investigation part II PSI Investigation Report
Per the client’s request, PSI team members worked in shifts on
Saturday, September 30, 2006 at this investigation sight in Highland
County. Upon arrival we met with the client, discussed a number of
items and decided where would be best to set up our equipment.
After setting up all the hardware, lights went out and we began our
investigation. The first shift crew included Donnie Shepherd, Kendra
Frank and Mark Stewart.
It was another very quiet night for us. We asked our standard type of
questions and tried different ideas on how best to detect any
paranormal activity that might occur. Our team was there for a number
of hours. During that time, none of the members had detected
anything unusual.
Later, upon conclusion of reviewing our audio and video evidence, our
first shift of PSI team members, no unusual or paranormal activity was
detected.
With the arrival of our second shift crew, the first shift members
discussed with them where we set up our equipment and our strategy
of placing the hardware where we did. We then began to pack up our
equipment, as the second shift crew went about their business of
deciding where would be best for them to set up their hardware. The
second shift crew consisted of lead investigator Scott Fulkerson,
investigators Joette Hesler, Joni Gilliland, case manager Ron
Fulkerson, and two observers who also helped investigate. Several
items of interest to report with them include the television turning itself
off and on a number of times, and in the hallway where a video camera
was placed a number of orbs were seen later on the video evidence
upon review. They were not seen at the time of the investigation.
As we learn more about these various lines of evidence, we will begin
quantizing the accumulated data into certain various categories and
classifications and eventually begin to set the industry standard of
what is most like to be explained by natural causes and those events
which are true anomalies, unexplainable at this time by natural causes.
